1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe, which include credit card and bank slip options.
- Credit Card: Refunds, in the event of a return, may take up to 30 business days to be processed.
- Bank Slip: Refunds, in the event of a return, may take up to 15 business days to be processed.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery time is calculated in the shopping cart, varying according to the zip code and the chosen shipping method.
- São Paulo (Capital):
- Orders confirmed by 2:30 PM: Delivery on the next business day.
- Orders confirmed after 2:30 PM: Delivery within 2 business days.
- Other Locations: The delivery time is shown in the shopping cart.
3. Delivery
We work with specialized carriers and Correios (Brazilian Post Office). Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. If delivery is not completed, the order will be returned to our center.
- We offer free shipping in some regions, depending on the order value and location.
- Express deliveries are available at an additional cost.
